The social program will include the get-together party on Sunday evening, a reception by the Mayor of the City of Vienna, an excursion to Burgenland ending with a conference dinner at the Esterhazy Palace in Eisenstadt.
The conference excursion is scheduled on Wednesday, September 20. We will guide you through local parts of Burgenland (a province in Austria near Hungary) and stop over in Eisenstadt, which is the capital city of Burgenland.
The dinner in the evening will take place in Esterházy Palace, accompanied by a concert of a string quartet. The estimated arrival back to Vienna is planned for 11pm.
